The game starts with the smallest player. The player on his left draws a card, reads the question out loud.
- If one of the players does not know how to read, every other player can help him.
- If any of the questions is unclear to the answerer, you can clarify it or simply draw a new card.
- As soon as the question is asked, the stopwatch should be flipped. The first player must give 3 (or 2) answers in five seconds. For example, the question "Say 3 soft things" can be answered: pillow, feather, snow. If the answer is given within five seconds, the player moves one square forward on board.
- Then the next player from the left gets 5 seconds to answer the same question. The twist is that the player cannot give the same answers to the same question that have already been given. For example, if the first player mentioned pillow, feather and snow as 3 soft things, the other player can mention, for example, bread, blanket, tissue.
- The game continues clockwise until one of the players cannot say 3 things in 5 seconds.
- Now the player to the left of the failed player takes his turn, and he must start the game with a different card. The player sitting to the left of the two players draws another card and reads the question out loud.
Victory
The winner is the player who reaches the finish line of the board first.
5+5
If one of the players stops on 5+5 square, he gets an additional 5 seconds. That is, as soon as the first 5 seconds of the stopwatch expire, the stopwatch must be turned once more.
Stopwatch
Each downward spiral of the stopwatch balls lasts 5 seconds. That's how much time is to say 3 things. The stopwatch sound is an added bonus.
Suspicious answers
If you think an answer is incorrect, discuss it as a group and decide together whether you accept it or not. You can also check the authenticity of the answer on the Internet.
Other options to play
To make the game more fun, you can also play in pairs (teams of two). Be careful not to shout together, but take turns answering.
